General Service $90.00 per hour, one full hour minimum. $35.00 bench fee to diagnose issues, applicable to General Service fees if service is performed. Additional service rounded up to the next half hour. The same rate applies for service done on your site or on ours. Hardware Replacement and Upgrade Hardware and Components required for your service or upgrade will be delivered at competitive prices. Labor fees fall under general services. Monthly Service $35.00 per month, six month contract required. Mondale Consulting will schedule a monthly service call to your home, to perform preventive maintenance and updates to help prevent system failure. Spyware Cleanup $100.00 flat fee. Severe infections will require taking your computer to the Mondale Consulting shop. Remote Service $5.00 per month, $10.00 per remote session. Mondale Consulting sets up your computer so our technician can control your computer from the Mondale Consulting Offices. When you have a minor issue, Mondale Consulting logs into your computer remotely and takes care of your issues. If it turns out that your issues require a technician, your remote session fee will apply to the General Service fees. Custom Email Addresses $10.00 initial setup fee, $25 per year. Mondale Consulting can configure up to 10 email addresses to your custom domain name. Instead of having your email address involving hard to remember numbers and abbreviations, every one in your family can have an email address similar to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . This can remain your email address no matter which Internet Service Provider you use. Purchasing Consultation $50.00 per hour. Mondale Consulting will come to your home or meet you at your choice of retail location to help you choose the technology that best suits your family's needs. |
